In Sweden, it’s very common that people collect their used glass, cans, plastic, and cardboard and bring them to the recycling station. It can be a hassle, but it contributes to a smart circular system, one that makes it possible to create new things without unnecessarily wasting the planet’s resources. In the latest film, within the concept Where Life Happens, IKEA wants to inspire people to keep recycling, even though it can be tough.

Today, IKEA has many products that are made with recycled material and they are continuously working to find new smart ways to use materials that otherwise would go to waste. This is to reach their long-term goal, to only use recycled or renewable resources by 2030.
