The result for our new campaign that dealt with false discounts was astonishing, but if you can’t trust your clients, whom can you trust?

Today we can read about how the big dragons of electronics boost their prices without telling anyone, only to lower them when it´s time for a “sale”, about sales that are too good, how low quality products get the spotlight during ”sales” and about how “great deals” are identical to the original price, even though those colourful signs scream SALE!

Pause, one of the best HIFI stores in Sweden and one of our agency’s most reliable clients, has had enough of this behaviour. It´s destroying the trust for the entire HIFI-business, even though Pause is not playing their game.

With Swish, a mobile app that allows you to send money to friends and companies using your mobile, Pause sent you the money you save in advance together with a text ad for their new products. The customers were free to do whatever they wanted with the money. If they wanted to, they could buy flowers, burgers or just save them.

The result was astonishing, but if you can’t trust your clients, whom can you trust?
